Refund Policy

Your product should reach your address in good condition but in the event of damage or breakage it may be necessary to arrange a replacement.

If you need to contact us to arrange a replacement please email support@schokolat-us.com or call our customer support at 1-800-946-1723 (Mon - Sat 9:00am - 6:00pm EST). Replacements can only be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. If the product was purchased at any of our Consumer or Trade Shows, then all sales are final. 

If a refund is necessary, it will only be issued to the purchaser’s card - i.e. the card used to purchase the goods in the first instance; and will not be made until goods are returned to Cobra Marketing & Distribution LLC, 3017 Sleepy Hollow Road, Falls Church, VA 22042. In all instances we will notify the purchaser that a refund is being made.
