DELIVERY

What are my delivery options?

 - We use USPS to ship out all products at this time. After putting in your shipping information, you will be offered (2) two choices: Standard Delivery or Expedited. You will receive an email with a tracking # once your order has shipped.

Do you offer Next Day Delivery?

 - At this time, we are not able to offer Next Day Delivery. 

What if I want to send to a different address?

 - You will have the option to change your shipping address, after you have provided your billing information during the Checkout process. You will be the only one to receive the receipt.

Can I send to multiple addresses in one order?

 - No, unfortunately this is not an option. Each address is considered a separate order.

 

PAYMENT

Do you offer discounts on multiple purchases?

 - As of right now, we do not have a discount for multiple purchases. However, if you interested in ordering a minimum of 20 pieces, then we do offer a volume discount. Please contact support@schokolat-us.com or call 1-800-946-1723 for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?

 - We offer several different payment options. We accept any major credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Amazon Payments. During the Checkout process, you will be shown the options available to you. We do NOT accept COD.

Why has my card been declined?

 - Sometimes there are issues with internet connections, or you have simply entered in the wrong information for approval. If you are still not approved, you might need to contact your bank. If that still does not work, please contact support@schokolat-us.com or call 1-800-946-1723 so we can further assist you. 

What if my order has been cancelled?

 - We use a third party verification system. There are several factors that it uses to determine if an order is valid. If you order has been cancelled, it is because the system has flagged it as a fraudulent order, and your monies will be refunded. If you believe this was made in error, please contact support@schokolat-us.com or call 1-800-946-1723 so we can further assist you.  

Do you accept Paypal?

 - Yes, this is one of the payment options we accept.

Do you offer a corporate discount for large orders?

 - For information on corporate discounts, please contact us at support@schokolat-us.com or call 1-800-946-1723 so we can further assist you.

Can I stock your product in my store?

- Yes, we work with a number of resellers. please contact us at support@schokolat-us.com or call 1-800-946-1723 so we can further assist you.

 

ORDERING

Can I order in any other way than online?

 - You can order online thru our website, you can call us at 1-800-946-1723, or you can visit our store located in Tysons Corner Center in Northern Virginia. That phone number is 703-848-1664.

Where can I see my order history?

 - You will receive a receipt via email once your order has been placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking # that can be tracked at usps.com.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

 - If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 1-800-946-1723. We can normally help you as long as it is within the same day or your order. Any time after that will be very difficult as chances are your order has already been shipped.

 

REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

What if I am not happy with my order?

 - Your happiness is very important to us. We will do whatever we can to correct any issue that you might be having. Please visit our Returns Policy, or you can email support@schokolat-us.com or call 1-800-946-1723.

What if my order arrives damaged?

 - In the event that your order does arrive damaged, please contact us at support@schokolat-us.com or call 1-800-946-1723 so we can further assist you. It will be helpful if you can take pictures to show us the damage, as this will be required. Rest assured if your order does arrive damaged, we will do what we can to correct the issue at hand.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

How long will the product(s) last?

 - All Schokolat products have a minimum best before date of 18 months from date of manufacture.

Where can I find specific dietary information on products?

 - Each product description provides detailed information. In addition, every box that your product comes in has the same detailed information on it. 

What if I can't find a product on your website, is it no longer available?

 - There are times when new products are added or removed. If a item is simply of stock, you will be notified when looking at the product page. If we are no longer carrying a certain product, it will be removed from the website. 

What is the cocoa content of the chocolates?

 - All our chocolate products contain 58% cocoa (with the exception of the our white chocolate golf ball). Unlike many other dark chocolates, our products are not bitter, but instead have a smooth and creamy taste.

Is all of the product edible?

 - All of our products are made of 100% solid chocolate. The entire product is edible.

Do they melt easily?

 - Our chocolates are tempered but are still affected by direct sunlight. We advise you to keep them in a dark cool cupboard or area to avoid the chance of them melting.

How do you make the chocolates look real?

 - That is our secret :)

How do they taste?

 - Our products are award winning. They are sweet, creamy, delicious, and the taste will linger on your taste buds, tempting you to eat more. All our products are made with 100% solid chocolate.

Should I put the chocolates in the fridge?

 - Do not put the chocolates in the fridge for long periods of time. They may become brittle and eventually turn white.

Is the chocolate suitable for Vegans?

 - With the exception of the White Chocolate Golf Ball and Teapot, all of the other products are suitable for Vegans. Please note that although our products do not have dairy or nuts in them, they are manufactured where traces of dairy or nuts might be found.

Are the chocolates dairy free?

 - Only the White Chocolate Golf Ball contains dairy. The chocolate ingredients for all other products are dairy free but may contain traces of milk based on where it is manufactured.

Are the chocolates vegan friendly?

 - Yes, all of our vegan friendly with the exception of the White Chocolate Golf Ball, and the Chocolate Teapot, which contains a shellac. The chocolate ingredients for all other products are vegan friendly but may contain traces of milk and nut based where it is manufactured.

Are the chocolates gluten free?

 - Yes, all of our products are gluten free.

Do the chocolates contain nuts?

 - Although there are no nuts in any of our products, the manufacturing process may contain traces of nuts.

Are all of your products made in the UK?

 - Yes, all products are uniquely handmade in the UK, and shipped from the U.S.A.

Is your chocolate fair trade?

 - Our chocolate is not fair trade however the chocolate supplier we use is socially responsible and heavily supports the chocolate growing co-operatives.

What food hygiene rating do you have?

 - We have a 5 star food hygiene rating.

Where else do you sell your products?

- We sell our products online, trade shows, holiday markets, retail shops and through other resllers.

 - All of the ingredients found in each product can be found both on the product description page and on the back of each product box.
